A Christian Community Discipling All Generations

Every life matters to God. All your life matters to God.

Dens Road Community Church is part of the Church of God, a global movement with its headquarters in Cleveland, Tennessee, USA.

We are a Christian, Protestant, Pentecostal fellowship—evangelistic in outreach and charismatic in worship—welcoming people of all nations, languages, and ages.

The Church of God is active in 184 countries and home to more than 7 million members worldwide. Here in Scotland, we share the same mission: to love God, serve people, and share the hope of Jesus.

Have questions about our church or ministries? We’d love to hear from you.

Our Beliefs

We believe:

  1. In the verbal inspiration of the Bible.

  2. In one God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

  3. That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary. He was crucified, buried, and rose from the dead; He ascended into heaven and now sits at the right hand of the Father as our Intercessor.

  4. That all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and that repentance is commanded by God and necessary for the forgiveness of sins.

  5. That justification, regeneration, and new birth come through faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.

  6. In sanctification after the new birth, through faith in Christ’s blood, the Word of God, and the Holy Spirit.

  7. That holiness is God’s standard of living for His people.

  8. In the baptism with the Holy Spirit after a clean heart.

  9. In speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, as the initial evidence of the baptism with the Holy Spirit.

  10. In water baptism by immersion, for all who repent, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

  11. That divine healing is provided for all in the atonement.

  12. In observing the Lord’s Supper and the washing of the saints’ feet.

  13. In the premillennial second coming of Jesus:

    • First, to resurrect the righteous dead and catch away the living saints.

    • Second, to reign on earth for a thousand years.

  14. In the bodily resurrection, with eternal life for the righteous and eternal punishment for the wicked.
